Hi, I currently have 3 outstanding loans and I have been flipping the interest forever it seems. I pay one off to increase another. I have a 2 yr old son that is with me full time and a apartment I am barely make rent on, because of these loans. If anyone out there can offer suggestion, please do. i have come to theconclusion that filing chap 7 bankruptcy is my best option..i have talked with an attourney and have beens ent papers to fill out and such..i just need a few months to get the money together and all teh paperwork that i ned to make sure that ihave everythign ready.my ? is all my old debts are coming out of teh woodwork after me now it seems 1 has filed suit and im afraid the others will try to next,how do i address these creditors when they call or sent bill..
