I am a 22 student working full time. Here are my issue. 1) I owe about 9500 on a car 2) I owe about 450 on a JcPenney card 3) about 300 on a filenes card 4) about 2000 on a personal loan 5) I owe 15,000 on a school loan(only paying principle now) 6)I will need about 12,000 more for my undergraduate studies.

When I was 19, I got a couple credit cards, all was well till my stepfather got sick and My mother and I took care of him he was the main source of our income. I then became the primary bread winner, although my mother was able to hold down a partime job and take care of him fulltime. It wasn't enough to pull us out of debt. All of our credit suffered. In the year 2001, I lost my job to a mass lay off at my work due to the fallout of 9-11. I was on unemployment for 6 months.

I took the first step and called the bank. I put a stop payment on all the checks to the storefront PDL. I called the PDL all day yesterday and she never returned my call Friday when my loans are due I will go talk to her.. (If the manager is ever there) I am ready for her to take me to court. I will take the CA law with me.. ONE loan is all they are allowed to give and I have paid over 4800.00 and would have to pay another 5000.00 at her rate.. and I dont have the money anymore to make payments.

My name is Brandon Costello, my life is not the way I want it. It all started when I turned 18 and my mother asked me to get here and my sister a cell phone. Next thing i know my mom and my sister did not pay there bill and i recieved a bill for a 1000 dollars. So i started to pay on that. Then i graduated from high school and my parents told me that they would pay for my collage, so i went. Next thing i recieve my school bills, call my parents and they have no money. So once again i am stuck with the bill.

Not only did I not authorize him to do so... he took over for credicure, who I was dealing with before. How ever I never gave him or his company permission...at all, not over the phone, not in writing! and to top it off, my credit cards companies are not getting paid.
