Hi if you are brought to court by a creditor can they take your home if you own one???

I went to college and got my bachelor's degree. I started to obtain my master's degree but decided that it wouId not be correct path to take in the city where I resided. I couldn't find a job in my field so I decided to got to truck driving school. My new job is about to begin; however, I am concerned that the amount I make may or may not be sufficient enough to pay off my loan if my company does not offer an appropriate amount of tuition reimburstment. So I am really considering debt consolidation.

Cash2day payday loan has been calling my job. I have asked them to stop but still continue to call. This collection company I believe is out of the US. What can I do to stop the calls

Anyone know the Statue of Limitations in WI? I was told either five or six years. Does that mean if No payment is made on a credit card for that six years, they can not come after you? Thanks

I received a letter on my husband from Plaza Associated - creditor listed as midland credit management. He is a diabetic and cant even see, his eyes are so damaged from high blood sugar. He cant work much less pay creditors. We have only been married for 2 years so all of these outstanding debts are hiting and I dont have the heart to tell him because he couldnt do anything about it anyways. What can I do to help him??

Hey everyone just wanted to say my pdl list is getting smaller. Yahoo!! PayDay Ok sent me notification they marked my account paid in full via email. Now I am down to 4 pdl's which 2 are licensed in OH, Check N Go and Cash Net that I am trying to set up payment arrangements that are agreeable and feasible (I have been defaulted with them as of 10/17/06). But I just wanted to extend my thanks and give a shout out to everyone who has helped me.
