Hello again. I was having a problem with one person...now I have to deal with another bill I brought on myself. Fireside Bank is working on garnishing my check. I currently have an attorney to work with me on this, but heard of banks that gouge people on car loans? I don't have a problem with paying these people, but I need to survive and what they are asking for is unrealistic for me. I also feel that when I go to court, they will not look at my side fairly. Has anyone ever heard of US Fast Cash? I received a call from them telling me I owe them money and I have never even heard of them. I had a total of 2 payday loans about 2 years ago, but have paid them off. Now I am getting people calling me and emailing me out of the woodwork telling me I owe them money.

I just went online and their website and they did not have brennan's firm in their database.

I had some dental work done starting in 2004 and ended in late 2005. I have been making payments the whole time. I even set up a payment plan with the office that we both agreed upon. I NEVER missed a payment. Yesterday they sent me a letter that they are going to sent me to collections if I don't pay the balance off. Can they do this? I made a payment plan. I even offered to pay a large amount to them if they wrote off the balance.

Hello everyone. I just found this board and it was just in time. I am about to graduate from college, so I obtained a copy of my credit report so I could account for all the debt I had upon gradation. Now I called a collection agency because they said I had an outstanding debt from a car accident where I had to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance. While I plan on settling that, they told me I had a debt from when I was a minor and I was in the hospital. I had medical insurance at the time from my mother, and she said any hospital bills I had back then she paid off.

If you forget to file all your w-2's one year can u go to jail?

I have more money due than I can afford to pay. I have no recent debt, it is all old, but I do need to rectify the situation. I want to improve my credit, and get all of the collections/debt paid off so that I can be comfortable and not living paycheck to paycheck and barely scraping by.
