Hey everyone just wanted to say my pdl list is getting smaller. Yahoo!! PayDay Ok sent me notification they marked my account paid in full via email. Now I am down to 4 pdl's which 2 are licensed in OH, Check N Go and Cash Net that I am trying to set up payment arrangements that are agreeable and feasible (I have been defaulted with them as of 10/17/06). But I just wanted to extend my thanks and give a shout out to everyone who has helped me.

I received this response from Route 66 Funding concerning my cease and desist letter finally. Has anyone received a response like this before from them? --------------- Thank you for taking the time to respond to our previous reply. Hello again. I was having a problem with one person...now I have to deal with another bill I brought on myself. Fireside Bank is working on garnishing my check. I currently have an attorney to work with me on this, but heard of banks that gouge people on car loans? I don't have a problem with paying these people, but I need to survive and what they are asking for is unrealistic for me. I also feel that when I go to court, they will not look at my side fairly. I am very frightened about this. Any information would be helpful. Thanks! :D

Has anyone ever heard of US Fast Cash? I received a call from them telling me I owe them money and I have never even heard of them. I had a total of 2 payday loans about 2 years ago, but have paid them off. Now I am getting people calling me and emailing me out of the woodwork telling me I owe them money.

I just went online and their website and they did not have brennan's firm in their database.

As I type this my hands are shaking and the tears are falling. I have no one to blame but myself for the stupid things I have done, however they are done and there is nothing I can do to change them. I am married to a wonderful man, with three beautiful children. I have hid the problem from my family, including my husband. He would be so hurt to know what I have done. It scares me, I think he might leave me if he found out. Anyway, here we go. I have made the stupid mistake of the pdl's.

I had some dental work done starting in 2004 and ended in late 2005. I have been making payments the whole time. I even set up a payment plan with the office that we both agreed upon. I NEVER missed a payment. Yesterday they sent me a letter that they are going to sent me to collections if I don't pay the balance off. Can they do this? I made a payment plan. I even offered to pay a large amount to them if they wrote off the balance.

Hello everyone. I just found this board and it was just in time. I am about to graduate from college, so I obtained a copy of my credit report so I could account for all the debt I had upon gradation. Now I called a collection agency because they said I had an outstanding debt from a car accident where I had to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance. While I plan on settling that, they told me I had a debt from when I was a minor and I was in the hospital. I had medical insurance at the time from my mother, and she said any hospital bills I had back then she paid off.
