i recently went to a summons hearing for an old cc debt bought by jdb..i did send out dv letter before eharing but still have not gotten any reply..before we went in teh rep for teh plaintiff talked to me in private..she shwed me a paper with alil info onit but some things were seemed not right to me..now i know i had an account with oc and feel bad for not paying them but had some financial problems ..on the paper thsi was all thatwas on it and since its been so long im not even sure if some of its correct or not 1 my name 2part of my social 3oc 4a chrg off date 5date openedwith oc 6account

I am drowning in payday loans. I can't sleep at night and am about to have my house o go into foreclosure. I have called a couple debt consolidation companies but none of them deal with payday loan companies. I was up til 3AM last night and found this site. Y'all seem to know how to deal with this. I have seriously considered just ending it all. What do I do?

Has anybody had any luck contacting and resolving a debt with Rio? I tried to fax and send via certified mail a form letter to settle my debt using contact information I got from this forum. The fax would never go through and I must have tried 10 times; and I never got the postcard back saying my certified letter was received. I'm sorry I don't remember what information I used, but does anybody have any contact information that has worked for them??? Thanks!!

Then when she took my children to permantly live in Europe, I was left with over $30,000 in debt as well as mortgage and child support.

hello, everyone, well, I'm still trying to get my login issues worked out but in the meantime, I have a question.

I had just got a message from a collection agency asking me to call back. I have never received anything in the mail or any other calls saying that I owe money. So I did a credit report and it says my accounts are in good standing. But at the end of the credit report it a section under Collections it says ?A collection is an account that has been turned over to a collection agency by one of your creditors because you have not paid the account as agreed.? Its From Oxford Collection Agency and it says I owe money to ATT Wireless.

Just came back from Iraq and had a good chunk of change in my pocket. Instead of getting a job and controlling my money I decided to live the big life. I lived off of my money until I ran out. While I was doing so I bought a time share, a motorcycle and a car. When I ran out of money I started to live off of my credit card. Now that I have a job I'm just trying to catch up with all my debt. And to think that I was debt free when I came back from Iraq. Stupid mistakes.
