Hello, I been paying off a loan for so long I swear that I must have paid a $300 loan atleast 8 times yeah thats alot of money. Every time I called and ask the to take the amount out that they never do. I think about closing my accoount just so that they could stop renewing my account. $90 what should I do?? I need to write a letter to NCO. They have called several times and left an automated voice recording saying they are a debt collection companty and their new once includes part or the mini maranda. This is about a bill that is being taken care of through my son's disability insurance. We have been told to not discuss this with NCO and continue to disreguard all calls made from them. This should be cleared up by the end of the month. I need help construction a complaint letter to NCO.

Well I used to be able to pay my bills on time. But I had gotten sick in 2003 with a rare kidney disease and 9 months later ended on dialysis and wasnt working as much. Money started getting tight, I needed food and heating oil, christmas for my daughter and medicines stuff like that and bills got ran up. I started getting back on track around July of 2005. Bills were back on track though I still owed a lot of money but at least bills were paid on time. Then I got the transplant and my wife got her hours severly cut so now I barely have enough money to pay my bills.

Hiya- new at this so bear with me... How do you know that any consolidation company you work with to reduce your debt is a "real" company-not one that will screw you over? We're struggling A LOT financially right now-death in family and job changes. I need to find a way to help us out but I am so afraid of getting too mixed up in any consolidation groups because I'm afraid I'll lose out somehow. Most posts I've read indicated positive results but how do you really know--anyone could be typing what they want you to read-not the way it really works...

I am 20 years old and already have a lot of debt that i cant seem to get out of. I've been let go or laid off from a couple jobs and left out of work for short periods where it has been hard for me to manage my finances. i really need help at this point because i am not sure what i owe to who and i would like to get a loan to pay everthing off an donly have 1 monthly payment to take care of. at this point i dont even have a bank account and i feel i need to do something because my debt is not high enough for bankrupcy and i feel im to young to have to go that route. i need help please.

i know that both judgment and bankruptcy are bad on a cr but im just curious to which one is worse..i know ajudgment can be removed in bankruptcy also ,just wondering who is responsible to make sure jugment is removed bk attourney or creditor?

I want to get out of debt- but it has be in both mine and my hubby's name. But if we start a program then is it possible to get a school loan? My hubby is in school now and it's funded by school loans. How would that work out?

I would like to find someone that deals with debt consolidation on payday loans. I have gotten in over my head with these loans and they have taken over me. I am not making my necessities, like rent, electricity, and cannot support my family. I am stressed, and I feel hopeless and would like to find help asap. Thankyou
