Well to say the least i am ticked as i write this, i had gotten a call from ccoa after registering with this sight last month, and i was going to use them. In the end i decided not to because i was able to work out a settlement with one of my major creditors. Well when i got the paper work in the mail from ccoa it had law offices of richard a brennan all over it, and when i conntacted ccoa to tell them i was not going to use there services they told me they were going to still debit my account for the first payment. They stated i was told this was non refundable.

We keep getting phone calls from ER Solutions. There is only an automated voicemail. It says that my husband owes them money. There is always and 800 number after the threatening call. We have called it, left messages, but no one ever calls back re: what debt? We don't owe anyone except our house payment, and one little Visa! How can we make them STOP???? !!!!!!

i'm just an average person that has goten in trouble with the credit card life... i'm not that much in debt, i'm in need of help tryin to solve them fast..

Is it actually posiable to get out of debt when everyhitng keeps going wrong

I filed bankruptcy in 2000 and stated working in va in 2001 and was trying to pay all my bills on time. In 2005 i had a heart attack and unable to work. My social starting last month . A credit card company has sued me for 5,000 dollars. Will this affect my social security or can they take it out of my social check each month or other retirement funds i do not own any vehicles or house. Thanks

Okay, I finally made good on my threat to Cashnet about filing a complaint with the Utah BBB. I got a confirmation from the BBB saying they've reviewed the complaint and sent notification to Cashnet and they have until Nov. 3 to respond. Any of you filed a complaint with the BBB against them, and if so, what was the result?

I've been betting daunting letters from a creditor I thought would end up suing me, they put a collection agency on the debt, but the CU still owns it. I got tired, I asked for validation of the debt, honestly, it seems much more than it should be. I explained, if the debt was in fact accurate, if it were mine......I named a figure that I could afford, barely, it will be a drop in the bucket to them, but........At the figure I mentioned it would take 6 years to pay, however, if they take me to court....I have nothing to garnish, nada. Any one have experience with matters like this?

Goodmorning All, I just had a call from a friend, who knows that I've been able to get rid of my 3 pdls and she has one with Global Financial Services. I know its been talked about but right now I don't have time to check the threads. I need an address so she can send a certified letter and their e-mail address and phone #. Can anyone help? Thank You
