I am trying to pay a bill but I do not have an acct #..... Please help!!!!

Hello, I am interested in sending out the payday lender letter that is posted on the website. I am concerned about possible backlash if I send it. Am I legally allowed to send such a letter? I live in CT, where payday lending is prohibited. The lender is in Nevis West Indies, which makes me wonder if I can send the letter as they are in another country. I don't want to do anything to make this situation worse. Thanks

I got a call from an litigation group called LakeShore Capital. They actually called my mom, my brothers mom and my wife's mom. Ugh... They said I took a payday loan and closed my account. I was in payday loan debt, that is why I closed it. The payday company is called Pack Management group. I have no idea what that group is at all. I am going to get an old statement back in December from my old account to see who they are. The litigation team is saying if you don't settle, they will sue me for closing the account and not paying back. Any suggestions? Am I on the right track?

Please advise what this debt is and how I can pay it off immediately

Hello I fell soooo stupid I applied for payday loans on line thinking that I would be starting a second part time job and that child support would be resuming as my ex is 30,000 in arrears. Well at this time neither has happened. So now I owe an amount that eats up my paycheck every 2 weeks causing my bank account to be overdrawn all the time. Hi, I got caught in a payday loan cycle with Ace. I owed them $500. They worked out an installment plan where I'd pay $50 a week. Well, circumstances made me homeless and I haven't been able to pay them in 2 weeks. I found a new place but am strapped for cash. I haven't contacted Ace (a mistake I know, but I can't pay them.) Do you think they'll settle for a monthly payment if I contact them or do you think they'll sue?

Hello. I am wondering about his scam because not only are they calling on my cell phone but also my work phone as well. They called about 100x in about an hour on my WORK phone and my boss is livid at me because of it. I dont know how they got my information, my work place, and all of this other stuff. They gave me some account # and when I tried to tell them that wasnt my account information they said "oh well this # must not be your work # either" Not only did they call ME a fraud but called my employer a begger and a b*tch. How do I make these stop?:x
