Can someone share with me the contact information/phone number for T & Consolidation? I have tried contacting other companies but they only wanted to draft fees from my bank account. In the meantime, the payday loan companies are running checks through my account in it is desparately in overdraft. I'm afraid my bank is going to close my account. I'm broke every payday because my account is overdrawn before my check gets deposited into it. I want to pay these companies but I can't do it all at once. I have read that T&C can help me resolve this.

this collection agency has purchased a charged off debt and has filed a claim with the national arbitration forum which i have never heard of before. so i got stressed out and called asset acceptance and negociated with them. They asked the forum for an amount $3000.00 more than what i originally owed. I was told that i had to pay 35% of the amount owed plus payments after that per month. I express the fact that I was unemployed and that the 35% I would have problems to get but I would try.

The hospital is about five minutes from work so it is convenient. They had messed her dinner order up so bad. I am one of the CrediCure / Law Offices of Richard A. Brennan victims. I made sure they won't get any more money, but I am still two months behind on three of my creditors and one month behind on two. I managed to pay one off and paid the full amount due on a couple more. How can I recover from this? RAB said they would refund my account on 10-1. It didn't happen.
