i have been reading this forum for awhile and i havent been able to find any information i am sure i have overlooked the thread but i need some help please. i have 3 payday loans out with store front stores here in colorado. i would love to find a way to consolidate these so that i can pay them off but i dont know what to do or where to go to get this help. can someone help me out please. kendra

It's been a really BAD 26 hours. I was on the forum yesterday and my mom came up(she lives with us) and said she needed to go to the hospital. Let me tell you why.About 3 days ago she started telling me she was really dizzy and lightheaded.That's not real unusual for her because of her congestive heart failure.Well, 2 more days pass,now it's Saturday.I asked her if maybe she was taking her night meds twice,maybe. She said no,the only thing different was the refill she had picked up 3 days ago.To make a long story kinda short-she was suppossed to take 10 mg.

Hi I am being harrassed at my job weekly with threatening phone calls. The officer/agent that calls always telling me he is authorized to file a warrant against me and that an officer will serve it at my job.. this is really scarey.. I have been at my job for almost four years.. to get fired now because of a bill that i can seem to pay is really senseless to me.. PLEASE HELP ME.. Is there anything or any LAW that will save me from being harrased besides filing bancruptcy?

I just moved to VA four months ago, and I have really worked to pay off the old debts that I incurred in WA after a family tragedy. However, I have two left (originating with the same cc company, Providian) that I am not yet capable of paying off...and that company has sold the accounts to two different debt buyers who are located in VA.
