I just recieve a phone call from the company, Asset Accetance LLC. That i owed $1,122.71 from an account that i paid off on 1997. The amount was $300.00 to begin with. Then I start to recieve letters from them. I told them that account was paid almost then years, but they insist that I have to pay it. I will not pay for something that I pay already on top of that they put it back on credit report as a due. How can I get them off my back. Nancy Puerto Rico

I owe an absurd ammount of money, I think around 60,000 is my current debt total ...I make 76,000 dollars a year ... I'm paying my total monthly income just to pay my minimum payments ... I'm trying to sell 1 of my cars for 16,000, and I'm getting 28,000 for a stock deal q1 07 some time ...my company is being bought at 40 a share ..I have 2000 options at 26 a share .. anyway ..I'm pretty screwed right now, and I would love to just have 1 monthly payment and not have to stress about all the different companies I owe.

I need to know the address for Cash Transfer Centers and Bass and Associates I also want to know if Credit Management Services is a good debt settlement company if they are not do you know a good Debt Settlement company that will accept payday loans I too have been threated at work by Bass and Associates and I was also wondering if any of these payday loan companies could garnish my paycheck I did send my payroll department a letter stating them not to garnish my paycheck for any cash advance companies that send them a letter please let me know what you think I should do my other payday loan c

I have too much credit card debt that i am having trouble paying minthly, i need help!

I came across a site, which I subscribed to about a year ago (it's free), which has helped me tremendously with my credit reports. It's stephen(at)lifeafterbankruptcy.com. He's a lawyer who actually filed bankruptcy himself and has built himself back up in only a short time. He has a newsletter with many different tips in dealing with credit reporting agencies,having things taken off your credit report and tells you things that lower your credit scores that you would never even think of. It's been a big help to me.

I have read that its only 7 yrs but several accts they have listed will be off only after 10 yrs. just normal accts not bankruptcy. How do I make them take it off? I filed a dispute already. Thanks!!

I'd like an avatar to go with my name but can't figure out how to do it (okay, I type on the computer for a living - I'm a medical transcriptionist) but other than that, I'm pretty computer illiterate. When I bring up the Avatar under my profile, it shows x's when I right click on my mouse and go to "show picture," nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Been awhile since I've posted here. (Been pretty busy at work.) Just thought I would bring everyone up to date on my PDL situation. Thanks to this site, it's been a pretty successful journey so far. Here's where I stand since I began this journey on Sept. 4th of this year. 1. Closed old bank account. 2. Faxed and sent letters (by certified mail to as many as possible) to all 7 of the online PDLs I had remaining. 3. Received certified cards from only 3 of the 5 or 6 certified letters I sent. 4. Settled with Telmerica.
