Has anyone dealt with them? I sent them the same letter that I sent to CTC but one of their collections managers called me the very next day. I put in the letter that I only wanted to be contacted by email or us mail. I even specifically told them not to call me at work. He called me at home and at work (I saved both the messages that he left). I tried to call him back but his voicemail came on. I left a message telling him that he had violated the fdcpa act and that I would only communicate with him by email or us mail.

Does anyone know if this company deals with payday loans?

I just would like to say thank you to everyone on this forum. I have been reading this forum for about 2 months now. I had got caught up in the payday loan nightmare also!! I am digging myself out. I sent letters to each of my loan companies. The first one I did was Cash Transfer Centers. I sent them a letter on 09/15/2006. The same day my bank did a stop payment for this companies ID#. So they did not get to take their money out of my bank. So far, I have not heard a word from them. Before, If the debit did not come out on the day that they tried to debit, they would call me within 2 days.

I have a loan with Loan Shop Online that I just got a couple of weeks ago. I wrote them and told them I would be willing to pay them the principal, $300 + interest for one month per Texas Statutes. They wrote back and said that was fine as long as I signed a release. When I started reading the release, it says we have to abide by Missouri Laws???? They are in Nevada, I'm in Texas. What is up with that?

I just received emails from Paydayok and Paydayselect forgiving my $500 loans from each of them!!!! Thanks to all you that made this possible. I used your form letters and advice to get this accomplished!!

I have a debt plan set up through consumer credit counceling of america. The go through the law offices of Richard a. Brennan. The say that the law office will negotiate to settle my debt. Has anyone ever delt with them and how legit are they?

I am 32 years old and have had my share of financial difficulties. I have never been good at managing money. Part of my problem is that I don't have the patience to wait for what I want. I got married when I was 19 and got to the overwhelming task of being a wife, a mother, and handling the household finances without any help from my husband. We got lived on credit and barely got by. Finally, it got to be to much and we had to file bankruptcy. I really didn't want to do that but we had no choice. We ended up divorced, partly because of stress and alot of other reasons I won't go into.
