Why are you on my credit report ,I filed bankrupcy 2 years ago and everything was taken care of . so you are not suppose to be on my cedit report . I've been fighting this since my bankrupcy and citifinance still trys to get me to pay . i'm sorry but it went through the bankrupcy . so this needs to be taken off my cedit report , i've contacted my lawyer about this so i hope this will be done with once and for all liz pelchat

Hello all. I'm new here and need some help. I have recently begun focusing on getting ahead of my ever growing debt for the first time in my life. I've never taken credit seriously but realize now that I have to. My credit rating is VERY LOW. I am interested in applying for an actual debt consolidation loan. Not a PDL, I'm too afraid of those not to mention I need far more than they offer. But from what I've read (even here) these are bad news. So I need approximately 15,000.00 to get myself ahead.

I was looking over my credit report last night and saw that Merchants Acceptance Corp has re-aged our debt 3 times - Is this legal? What recourse do I have? Thanks in Advance

They just called me and told me they considered my account paid in full!!! She is going to email me a letter right now!!!!!!

Hi all. Where do I start In the past year I have realized that I really need to grow up. I have a VERY bright 11yo dd who hopes to go to college someday and I will be the one that has to pay... My credit is the worst on the planet.

My wife and I seperated in June which left me with no home or steady income since I recently went back to school on the Trade Adjustment Act after Black and Decker shut down the plant I was working in. Although I receive a weekly allowance from them, My debt is spread out in such a way that it is hard to pay everything. I have a Household bank CC which is included on a debt managment account my x is paying however they keep adding late charges which add to the balance rather than lowering it.

I sent Payday Ok a debt validation letter because they were requesting a settlement amount and I got this letter today: response to complaint Date: Wed, 20 Sep 2006 09:40:38 -0500 We received your recent email and are happy to have the opportunity to respond. We are pleased that PayDay OK was able to assist you in the past, but understand you no longer wish to do business with us.

I have gotten on of my PDL to actually give me a refund. They left a message and stated they would give me the refund, however, they don't do checks. She stated that if I give them my checking account information, they will deposit it into that account. I am not willing to give out my new checking information, but want the refund. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have contacted Hess Kennedy to terminate services and am still being drafted. I also indicated that I have consulted an attorney and unless I am provided wtih proof that any work had been done on my case prior to that notice, I want a refund of the one months payment prior to that. I have documented my many unanswered emails and phone call attempts. I will be contesting the charges with my bank today. Tell me what information you need from me to assist me with this.
