Has anyone ever filed a Class Action Suit aganst these SOB's

Anyone have an address or name for this payday loan company? It just shows up on my checking account as a debit for AuthPayday and this phone #. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I recieved information on my credit report that I have an inactive open account whcih I would like to close. The account reads NCYDSNB. I only have a partial account number. How can I contact this company and close my account. I dont even know who they are.

This is the number that has called me one time & is included in a couple of Email I've received from Fran Porter. Does anyone know which PDL company this is? Thanks.

Recetnly a law firm contacted me and were really intimidating to me on the phone. Claimed they were collecting a debt for Household Bank. They bullied me into giving them my ckng account info and a series of ck numbers. Later, I pulled my credit report and Household Bank was listed as a charge off. When I received correspondence from the law firm, they listed another company, not Household Bank. A colleague mentioned that perhaps the other company bought my acct from Household Bank....but I never heard anything until this law firm called and they were really awful to me.

This person with the loan co has been only sporadically E-mailing me and has called me once about this debt, however, in her E-mail she states she's tried numerous times to call me and that she's sent various mailings. I've not received any mail. I've also asked her to verify what loan company she is with and how much the debt is in writing and she has not done so. Any suggestions on what I ought to do? Thanks.

I recieved a phone call from someone telling me I was approved for a loan. They put the money in my account and said I would be charged the loan amount and finance charge on the first of this month the money was in there but they never withdrew it I called and they said it had been placed in collection what do I do about this?
