I recieved a phone call from someone telling me I was approved for a loan. They put the money in my account and said I would be charged the loan amount and finance charge on the first of this month the money was in there but they never withdrew it I called and they said it had been placed in collection what do I do about this?

I just now received a call from National Processing. I got a payday loan about a year ago and after a while couldnt continue to pay. I tried to enter payment arrangements, but they refused. they wanted it all at once and would let me pay monthly. I am in new mexico. today national processing called me from 904-725-3922. they told me that they were process servers and were going to have me served for defrauding my bank for writing them a check that wasnt any good. i asked them if they were a collection agency and they said no.

has anybody heard of this company? i took out a loan from them last year (oct. '05) and now i asked them to mark my account "paid in full". i have been paying $50 every 2 weeks for a $200 loan. they emailed me back and said that it's a "rebate" and not a loan, so it falls under diff. legal terms. i have overpaid them of about $250. i have about 9 PDL's. what should i do now? please help me..

Today I got a call from a PDL. I'm working a payment arrangement with them, but told them I would not be able to make a payment to them every payday, becuase I have other bills. I explained that I could make one larger payment every other payday. This was not acceptable to him, he wants money each payday. He then told me, that since I applied for the loan at work that I would be getting a call from the legal department and I should expect to be getting some correspondence at work indicating that they will be taking leagal action against my employer in my name for the debt.

Today I received an email from my supervisor.. telling me to call John @ Global Financial. 800 654 7444 x853. How many times can he call my supervisor???. I called him and he demanded a payment today for $420.00 for a $300 pay day loan. I requested a name for the payday company. He was extremelty vague . He said he was with Fast Cash 2 a sistet company of Cash Net in Delaware. I told him the name was not a familar to me. He told me if I did not pay to day he would call my employer and demand payment. Can he do this?? PLEASE ADVISE

I am trying to get a physical address for Quickpay, LLC. I have an address in West Chester, PA (from Teletrack) that QP LLC claims is not theirs. I'm trying to request that they only communicate with me by mail, since they don't seem to comprehend when they are told by myself and my employer to not call me at work. Any help???

I don't have a contract w/ RAB. My account from CC was taken over by RAB. They said if I wanted to opt out, then I would be refunded the last two months of payments. Otherwise, my acct would be turned over to a new consolidation agency. I just wanted to be sure I would actually get my money if I choose to opt out. My CC contract says that the deposit will be refunded upon completion of the program. However, that company is defunct. Since they didn't hold up their end of the contract, I should get my money back. But, but because they are no longer in business, I doubt if I will.
