19 years 4 months ago
I have racked up lots of debt, tried getting out by refinanciag my car, but the debt is still mounting. My significant other has no idea and I can not share because I have brought it on myself. I need to free myself from this huge burden that keeps me awake at night, shows in my somber moods, tight muscles, and stress is overwhelming. debt consolidation loan sounds like the way to go, but I can not use my home as collateral and give it all up to SO. I want to fix this on my own.

Credit Repair with Credite Bureaus

I need a little encouraging advice on how to handle credit reporting agencies. I just pulled my anual credit report and it seems the notorious "Asset acceptance" CA has placed deliquent debt on the report and put last reported activity as Feb 2004. The last payment or activity in this account(Bally's) was way back in April 2001. So the account is past the SOL here in the state of texas. I do remember sending a Dispute letter to a previous CA back in 2004. That by no means account activity correct? When i did that back in 2004 did I restart the SOL on this account correct?

727-491-0135--anybody know?

19 years 4 months ago
Does anybody know who this is? I am assuming it is just another CA. I goggled it and searched here, but can't find anything about it. Yesterday was my third payment to SDS, so now the negotiating begins. I really really hope the credit card companies accept it and let off with the calls and threats. I can't take much more of these 30+ calls a day-- and that is no joke! This past Wednesday hit a new all time high-- 1 call every 15 to 30 minutes, and at 9 pm my caller ID had a log of 32 calls. :( Mini

I received this Action for Money Judgment from MRC Receivables Inc. I have contacted an attorney we have decided to deny all claims and go to court. The attorney states that it would be a waste of money to hire him but he thinks we have a real good case and told me exactly what to say and what to take do you have any advice? Im nervouse about not doing the right thing and loosing this case.

Universal Fidelity

Has anyone had any experiences with Universal Fidelity? I could use some advice on how to handle this situation. I owe Sonic Payday Loans $1858 for a loan in June 2005. This has been turned over to Universal Fidelity. I have had a couple of messages on the phone. ( A Florida number I believe - one at 7 am) This week I received a letter with a Houston address demanding the full amount and telling me how to go about paying it. I do not have a fraction of the full amount and do not know what to do. I am terrified of talking to them. Any advice?

asset acceptance sol

I received a letter from this company stating that they have in the past attenpted to contact me regarding this so called credit card debt. When i ran through my credit report I had one account assigned to them from 2002 with no activity since then, according to the statutes in florida the SOL is 4 years for open accounts and 5 for written contracts, under which do credit cards fall under?

How does the settlement payment plan work?

19 years 4 months ago
After reading stuff all over the web, looks like the settlement companies collect your money until the whole settlement amount is in the bank account and after that they'll pay? Did I understood this correctly? And all this time the late fees and over limit fees are accumulating?
