To whom it may concern: I am a 26 year old student who recently started my Master's Degree in Music Education at the University of Florida. Growing up in a lower-middle class family and trying to live and attend school at the University of Miami proved to be more costly than I imagined. After graduating, I became a low-paying teacher trying to pay all of my bills in a city with a very high cost of living. As a music teacher in a very low-income school, I also found myself buying necessary instruments and supplies for my students on my credit card.

Well i am 21 and having some finacial problems. I have a $505 truck payment which requires me to have a $280 insurance payment, a $30 credit card payment, around $100 student loan payments and a $50 Dell financial services bill all do each month. I work in EMS and dont get paid that much. I work 48 hours a week and go to school two days a week. Then i have clinicals for school about 3 days a week. It cost me about $70 to fill up my gas tank and i do that about twice a week.

I am interested in writing a letter to credit bureaus to remove any derigatory items in my credit history.

Hi all, I am new to this board! I was wondering if anyone is familiar or has dealt with the company American Liberty Financial? I looked for a search feature and unfortunately never came across one :oops: I was looking through various sites earlier this afternoon and came upon American Liberty Financial. I am about 11-12k in debt - 7k of it is current but paying minimum payments to get by - the rest is through a collection agency 'Asset Acceptance'. Asset Acceptance has been harassing me non-stop since June.

I've been paying on a Providian credit card account through an attorney's office (who's collecting for Arrow Financial who bought it, but depositing the funds into a Collect America account)for a number of months. In trying to keep them off my back, because they keep threatening to take me to court, I've made several payment arrangements, which end up putting me behind in my other bills (mortgage, utilities, etc.), and as a result, I default on a payment so I can make a payment towards my other bills, and then their office calls and yells and threatens me again.
