Hey everyone!To all here that know me, you know that for well over the past year and half, I have been going around and around with wells fargo and also different collection agencys representing wells fargo. I continue to keep getting jerked around. The last update that I posted here, I was telling you how my debt consolidation group sent wells fargo a payment and proposal--they turned our proposal down stating that there was no such account or account number. BUT THEY KEPT THE PAYMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last week I sent a DV letter CMRR to Asset Management Services. I got the address directly from my credit report. I checked the tracking number today and it is being returned to me as undeliverable. Now what? Do I have to find a new address for them and spend another $4.64 to mail a new DV letter? Is there cause for dispute on my credit report now? I can't keep shelling out money only to have these letters returned to me! Jenna

Well I knew it was to good to be true, I hadn't heard from Sonic in over a week, and today I received an email and phone calls from Northway Financial. I tried to keep my composure but the person said they would only accept full payment from T&C.I told him they will receive payment in full over a period of time, he didn't like that. I also mentioned they were not suppose to contact me based on the letter I sent them and I would contact the Texas attorney general if the threats don't stop. I called T&C and they are going to get back with me.

I have run up some high bills, I got a mbna credit card with a $1400 balance, macy's just uner $1300, homedepot $480 dollars and a 4wheeler loan through HSBC and owe i belive around 2500 on it. the payments even the minumum are becomming to much for what i'm making. what can I do?

Does anyone know where I can get the address. T&C informed me I needed to get them one. Also, still having a heck of a problem getting an address for Bahamas Marketing Group. Anyone know the P.O. box address for them?' Thanks! Jo

My husband had a debt with Target, which was turned over to the law offices of Cohen & Slamowitz. Before hand it was at a collection agency, which we made sporadic payments with them. We received a letter from Cohen & Slamowitz on June 30th; my husband spoke with them July 7th. He explained how I’ve been out of work and the loss of income was making it difficult to make payments. He set up a one time payment to be automatically debited from our account dated 7/25.

My wife and I filed 10 years ago from chapter 7, discharged in early 97 so the discharge date will actually be 10 years old in about 6 months. My question is if my score will go up when the 10 year from discharge date is hit, doesn't that mean that it will no longer show at all on my credit reports? Also, what is considered a good score now?
