I recently printed my credit report and found this collection from this company. Don't know them, never heard of them. How to remedy this?

I have once again received another email (see below) from this guy at Xpress Cash and he has repeately avoided my validation letters regarding this debt. I don't show anywhere from previous cank statements that I actually received this loan. He just isn't getting it. What further action can I take and what further action can he take against me. I live in Texas and they can't garnish wages and such. I am just tired of receiving these emails.

Due to Id fraud I am considering Consolidation. We live in Base housing and have no real colateral. Can we still consolidate?

Hi everyone, anybody experiencing problem with T&C. It's been 2 weeks that I've been trying to get hold of them. I left them numerous messages and sent them an email but not getting any response. My creditors keep on harassing me still and they said they did not received anything from T&C nor the letter that I sent them. I know they just want to scare me but I really need an advise and need to talk to my consolidator. Help!!!

After the nightmare of having my accounts from credicure transfered to the law offices of Richard A Brennan I am now with a new company they turned the account over to about a month or 2 ago. The February payment so many of us had autodrafted and not distributed by Brennan is still in their possesion and I have been trying since June to get it back. It is by their own admission that the payment was not distributed from February but they still have not fulfilled any of their promises to resolve since early June.

I'm starting to get all these emails from my PDL's I signed with T & C ,but can't get in touch with them.

Midland credit Corporation has contacted me by phone to say that my husband (Donald) and I have an outstanding debt from 2002. They tell us it is from BP corporation, but we have no proof in our records of this debt. I have asked for them to send me proof in the mail. They say they have sent us the requested information three times, but we have yet to see it. Is this a viable company in good standing? How else can I handle this situation?

I need to know how to avoid the scams out there, and still consolidate my debt and cut it in half. -Kamuela

I have over $10,000 in debts and my interest rates are 25-30%. I\'ve only had a couple of late payments ever. I would like to consolidate into one monthly affordable payment. Please help

I was wondering if anyone has dealt with helpwithdebt.com before? They have a satisfactory rating with BBB and I have not found anything negative about them. If anyone has had any dealings with them I would appreciate hearing your experience with this company. Thank you Mike
