Dear Friends, I am now dealing with Gerald Moore and Associates regarding a delinquent 2,000.00 Capital One credit card. Prior to seven months ago as a 47 year women I had excellent credit, and I will be able to pay my 3 bills of by September 8th, due to moneys coming out of a sale of a home. But the company will have me served today at work, which in my business I will be fired. I have documentation showing a death in my family as well as documentations showing I will be receiving these moneys.

Does anyone have an address for Zurich Ventures? I need to get them a cease and desist letter re a payday loan I had taken out. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

I just wanted to put my experience with Lawgistix out there. I’ve been a client for about 15 months now. I did have some initial concerns with the company, but they have all been alleviated. There was a time when I went through a few customer service reps, but as with most companies, you have to weed out some people before you find the good ones. I am very satisfied with my current customer service person; she has helped so much with understanding the process and getting me in touch with some of the other staff in other departments.

Is Advantage credit counseling Service a good company to work with? or is it a scam like HESS KENNEDY????? WHAT SHOULD I DO??

Now we have an e mail that going around seeminly from the IRS. In this area,at least, people are getting an e mail from the IRS-looks really authentic,and when you click on it,look more authentic. It states that you are owed a refund of sorts for x amount,you click on the form to get it,and surprise! This form wants you ss number,any credit card info,etc.This one lady here did that and then later only wondered how the IRS got her e mail and why they didn't already know her ss number.Course,it's all a scam to get your personal id info.

Okay I just got another email from these F(## uped people. Here is the email. Please advise me on what to do. Quote:

You have defaulted on everything you have every said or promised. We have lost all faith in your word. At this point we will begin our collection process again full tilt. I am turning your file over to our Legal department at the end of today. If I could get 1 loan, with 1 payment I would be better of. I have a little loan with Lenmark for a few thousand, 1 with Citifinancial for a few.
