I have been with them for about 4 years and they have not paid off any of my credit cards. Now my husband and I are trying to buy a house and the credit cards have shown up on our credit report. When I called about them, I was told that they are all in collection. I don't know what to do from here because I don't have the money to pay them off. MMG has my money and I can't get ahold of them on the phone. The phone just keeps ringing. The last time that I heard from them was in 2004.

Company/Individual reported: Universal Fidelity Corp I have been receiving calls at my home number for over six (6) months now. Each time they leave a message for an "unpronoucable" name. It sounds as if it might me Hindi (Indian)? Each time I have received this message I have contacted the caller and informed them that they must have a wrong telephone number. They have promised to remove my number on at least five occassions. I received another call today. I contacted the company and spoke with a customer rep who gave his name as "Robin".

So I posted a while back about an email I got about making extra money cashing checks what a crock that was well today I get in the mail UPS a enevelope with American Express Cheques in them they are all blank and for $500 a pop, with the note to just cash them and then wire the money to the address in the previous email that was sent to me How did they get my information to send this crap to me and NO I dont want any part of this as they appear to me altered or fake, they said I keep $400 for my trouble Oh yes Like I am that stupid, I may have blond roots but I am not that gullable, Im sure

What is the difference between payday loan and signature loan. Called some of the pdl company but the only explanation they can give me is the interest difference and no checking account is required.

It's non-stop and I just want to cut of my home phone and change my cell number but I know for sure that they will continue to call my boss. I have begged, sent them a letter, I already informed my counselor that NATIONWIDE BUDGET is harrasing me every day. Nationwide keeps telling me that they won't talk to anybody but me and they won't deal with any debt consolidation company. After doing some reasearch, I found out that the branch that I went is not even licensed in LAs Vegas.

Got a phone call on Friday the 25th of August from UF and they explained that they had taken over a retail store account that I had years ago with HSBC. They explained the balance of 3100.00 had to be paid in full or set up payment arrangements at 600.00 per month. I have not received a letter or any documentation from UF or HSBC regarding this. Anyways, I told them I would research it and for them to call me back on Monday.

I'm sorry, I have been with T & C for just over a week, I'm not having any luck getting a call back, even though I have called about 5 different days, and everytime I call my counselor is not available. Just wondering if anybody else is having the same probelm. Thanks

I just received a rude phone call from allied interstate stating that I have two options. 1) Pay 10 Percent of what I owe to them and then pay the whole balance off next month or 2) Pay the balance off the whole thing this month. Either way, I can't afford it. I explained my situation telling them I was in a tight bind, but they said "we're not customer service...we're a collection agency". They are not willing to work with me. AMEX is not longer dealing with the account and I have no idea what to do.

"Status: Level 5 Delinquent/Possible Fraud" I got this in an email from a payday loan company.I actually got several email thereatening this possible fraud and delunquency on a payday loan. I thought that they could not do this. I have tried to make arrangements for payoff's but every amount I felt that was comfortable with my financial situation they said no too.They want like anywhere for $50 a week to paying it all with in a few hours "or Else". I am a single mom who is trying and they dont seem to care. I know they want their money, but why wont they take what I am offering?
