Has anyone heard of a collection agency called A.S. & Associates? I had a bad experience with one of their aollectors this morning. Basically, they called me at work and told me I might go to jail because of an NSF that was used to try and pay off a payday loan.

Has anyone used the company T & C? Did they work or is it a waste of money? How do they work with you?

I have written letters to three of my pdl companies Cash Today ltd, Paragon, M1YDirect and I have also faxed them letters. See I had my checking account Frozen because of all of the withraws I just could not do it anymore plus Cash Today Ltd kept on taking money out of my account when I told them over 1 month ago to pay off the 200.00 loan. So, All of the ACH's were returned to them Account Frozen they all know about them but they are not responding to my letters. The only thing I keep on getting from them is e-mails about my account being frozen and to take care of the matter with my bank.

Hi, I am looking for the contact info for a payday loan company called ASAP. I got a loan through them a few weeks ago and have no contact info for them at all. I would also like to know if there are any companies that help consolidate these loans for you? I have so many of them I feel like I am about to lose it. Thanks.

Has anyone heard of this man or company? My payday loan was bought by this man from VC Funding. He called over a week ago threatening legal action if I didn't pay $580 by 3pm that day, when the loan was only $225 including the fee. I called him back and told him I want a debt validation letter explaining proof that I 1) owe that amount and 2) why I owe that amount. He said no he wouldn't send one, so I asked for the address of the company so I could send my request in writing for a validation letter.
