I have a credit card with over $7,000.00 on it, as well as two car payments. It is hard to make payments on all of these with the raising cost of everything else. I need help, please. Rob Bessellieu

I have sent 3 letters offering to settle a debt with a furniture company and have received no response. What should I do next. I had previously submitted a credit insurance claim for disability but the company would not process due to no employment verification. I was out of work when the account was opened and was granted disability.

i currently have 7 payday loans out, this has become overwhelming and I need to contact each creditor to set up payment arrangements as apposed to letting them take my full paycheck each payday...im a single mother with a child and one on the way and these pdl's helped me when i rcvd them but now i find myself in a neverending whole that wont allow me to feed my child, pay my rent and successfully get theses pdls taken care of....please someone help me!!!

Hi all, I briefly mentioned this on one of my other posts, but I just wanted to get a little more in depth into this, because this is probably the "numero uno" thing that's worrying me right now. When I applied for my PDLs, my lenders required "personal references". I assumed these references were similar to other lending experiences and stuff where they use these people to come find me if they can't get a hold of me for some reason (i.e. change of address, change of phone numbers, etc.).

My husband and I live in Kentucky and have the pleasure of dealing with MCM. HAHA. It is concerning a credit card debt that my husband has. When they first contacted him, they(mcm and my husband)agreed on payment of $100/month. We made the payments on it for about a year or so. In April of '06, due to financial issues, we stopped making the payments for 2 months. Then they started.....The threat of pay one of these three option or they(MCM) will garnish his checks. Well there is were I got scared. So since I am authorized to speak with them reguarding this, I called.

I applyed for them about in feb and they keep taking 78.00 dollars out of my checking every pay day, and then when i tryed to call them they never returned my phone call, and know they want me to pay 358.00 which is way more than what i borrowed, because of the 78.00 fees each month i would still need to make one more fee for this month then pay back that money. I dont understand how i have to pay another fee when all i want to pay the money i borrowed back in full, no extra fee's, fees were supposed to be only if you were not going to pay it back in full.
