I have been reading on everyone's feedbacks about PDLs which I happen to have. Does anyone know if the following are licensed to do business in NV? TenDollarPayday, Sonic, Cash Central, Magnum Cash Advance. I have been looking on the state's website but can't seem to find it. Maybe I am searching incorrectly. Also, I know that there are no limitations in my state for PDL. What should I do? Will these PDL's be willing to work out a payment plan or has anyone able to consolidate them in their debt consolidation program? Please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have credit card debt of about $24000 and am current , but about to have a job cease, and fear I will not be able to continue the high payments. Is consolidation the best way?

I have lots of old debt that needs to be paid off without having my credit get worse

We are considering debt management. We know that we would benefit from it. I guess we are worried about our credit and how it will be affected, we own our house now but would like to move at some point. Just now sure how that will be affected. We did contact one agency, and the man suggested to me to contact our credit card companies and try and lower our interest rates first, since we have never been late on a payment. He thought since my husband makes a good income that we shouldn't do a debt consolidaiton.

I have a hospital bill that I keep paying on and the collection agency is telling me that I haven't been paying on it even though I have either sent the payments or paid them in person. I need to get rid of this bill.

ok..So maybe I'm a little bit slow. I'm confused. There used to be a listing of recent blog posts. Now, you have to click on blogs, and you have to click on every person's name to see the blogs.It seems kinda time confusing, and not very user-friendly. Am I missing something?

I am so happy! Last summer I thought I'd never be able to go anywhere ever again...I'm off work for 2 weeks..I'm just laying around and running some errands. It's wonderful. On Thursday the 24th we are driving up to Pittsburgh for 4 days! My little boy is staying with my in-laws so it'll be a little romantic getaway for us. We're going to see Frank Lloyd Wright's gorgeous home "Falling Water" and we're going to see a Steeler's open practice at Heinz field.
