When I moved I got several credit cards to help pay for expenses and transitions into my new home. Before long I hadn't realized that my credit card bills had gone way overboard and even though I had a pretty good job, I found myself having difficulty paying all my credit card bills.

I recently recieved my credit report and have Palisades Collection on there for 181 that I owe. I do recall having a wireless through AT&T but should I call them to take care of that payment or what? Thanks!! Just trying to get things cleared off of my report.

GFSIL I called them today to make sure they got my certified letter and they told me no they do not have anything like that However I have the signed card, Any way I was reciting the laws here and He said if we are not licensed in your state them why did you borrow the money, Well at the time I told him I didnt know they werent licenesd here or I wouldnt have, He says it is getting ready to go to court and that I will be notified of the court date, This is a 200 loan that I got and paid 155 towards before I had to close my bank account due to ID Theft anyway, they want me to pay $500 for this

In the past year i have made a poor judgement of character and chosen irresponsible people for my roomates. On both leases i can get a written statement from the complex managers stating that my roomates emptied their rooms and bailed on the lease, leaving me to pay all the rent and utilities. at that time my income was not high enough to do such things. The reason i am coming to you is because in order to get a place to live one of the only ways that another complex will allow me to move in is if i dont have any debt and my eviction is payed off.

Hello Unfortunately, I needed quick cash back in April, so I used my paid off vehicle to get a car title Loan. I am recently divorced and with my truck payment and my rent/utilities money got short so i fell into the cash advance money pit. Borrowed $400.00 paid bills then when paycheck time came over half of it went to pay back the cash advance so i had to borrow more to get me through next payday and on and on. Before i knew it i was taking out one cash advance to pay off another and its just crazy. I hate payday because it just means i paid on a payday loan and have no money left over for the important stuff. :oops:
