my husband has a loan with paydayselect and every time i check the amount he owes changes by $3. we are unable to pay them in full right now because we have already made arrangements with the storefront lenders which are in my opinion first priority. also can anyone tell me if ics, gfsil, and ambassador will work with t&c. ambassador is not defaulted yet but i am not able to pay the full 390 and i don't want to take out 90 forever. thanks. i really want to pay them but i don't want all the fees. thanks.

I need help repairing my credit

I need advice on a reputable debt solution company to call. I found this site "googling";. Some people mentioned T&C but I can't find this organization. Any help would be greatly appreciated as the phone calls from credit card companies are driving me crazy!!

We recently agreed to settle a debt for .25 cents on the dollar. Can the credit card company sell the balance at some time in the future and we be dealing with future collection activity? thanks for replies.

I'm bewildered and perplexed! Over the course of the past six months or so, my husband and I have been working hard to improve our credit scores. We recently both signed up for a service called My Credit Keeper. Basically, we pay them a monthly fee to pull monthly credit reports from all three bureaus. Due to our efforts, our credit scores have gone up almost 100 points, or so we thought. Yesterday we decided it was time for a new-to-us car, so we made the rounds of the local auto dealerships. First, we applied for a truck loan at a dealership.

Okay, my husband has a couple old medical bills that total about $4200 that are listed with a local collection agency. They are licensed and all that jazz. I've never really had any trust issues with them until this past week. First, we tried to settle with them but that fell through the cracks. We unlisted this debt with our debt settlement company for this purpose. So, I sent them a couple of $50 payments over the last couple of months, which they cashed.

I'm broke. I have defaulted on 2 credit cards and a cable bill. I have defaulted on a private party loan (payday advance, but not through a PDL company), for which my previous employers have demanded payment or will send me to jail. Right now, though, I'm only about $1100 in debt. Its quite a bit for me in my situation, but its not as bad as it was before.

I'm in the process of cleaning up my credit. I noticed that I had a few collection agencies listed for the same credit card debt 2 or 3 times on my report. So i contacted all 3 major bureaus to dispute. Experian, was the first to get back to me, they deleted some accounts that were listed more than once, and others they update as transfered/closed account/charge off. Is this right? I don't undersand why they can delete some and then update others with that verbiage.

What if a person files a Chapter 13 after an arbitration judgement award ....would this be covered under the bankruptcy? I had a credit card company get an arbitration award on me and I don't have the money. I'm trying to see if i can make payment arrangements but would a chapter 13 take care of this for me (the payment arrangement) because this debt is in my name only and our house is joint, under my name and my husbands and deeded correctly.
