Like most people I know, over the course of my early adult years I've acquired enough debt to make it confusing when i look at my credit report. I'm not entirely sure which debts are mine and which are not, and while looking up the various companies listed as creditors on my credit report, I'm beginning to feel some pretty major concerns.

A year ago in May I paid off a judgment that was against me between midland credit management and myself. I received a letter from Midland saying that upon receipt of my payment in full they would send a letter of satisfaction to the court to let them know it would be satisfied and paid. a year and two months later I am still showing this judgment as unsatisfied on my credit report and it is keeping me and my husband from moving any further on our home loan.

I have 7 negatives and two positives. I have a reposession. I have paid off one credit card. I am a single mom and the sole supporter of my daughter. I need to find an apartment. I really need help fixing this.

Hi, I have just joined the board, and have been reading about ways to get out of PayDay Loans, I currently have 4 out totaling $950 principal, I have one through DMS marketing which I have been paying $60 extension fee for my last 5 pay periods. Is there a way to get this marked in full. I also have been reading about T&C and would like info on that company including contact info and if they work in any state. I live in PA and would really appreciate any help that can be offered.

Hello, I was mislead into getting a key bank alternative student loan for school and now they are telling me I can't colsolidate my loan anywhere and my interest rate is 7.8% which is ridiculous. My monthly payments are over $700 and I need help! Please tell me there are solutions to my problem as I am being told from Key Bank there's nothing I can do. Thanks, Anna

I am a single mother and I work full-time at a hospital however I am a little over$6,000 in credit card debt. My minimun payments are killing me on 6 cards. I have a $211.00 car payment every month on a 1998 Nissan Altima and its worth about $1,400 but I owe a little under $3,000. I cant afford the minimum payments anymore because I dont make enough money. My credit score last time I checked was 569. I dont know what to do I am starting to have the creditors calling me again. Couple questions for you experts. 3 years ago I got into some financial problems and had some things charge off and have been trying to play catch up ever since. I have paid off/settled with CA's for all but 2 items. Both items were sold to CA's, and I was harassed in the beginnning, however haven't heard a word from either for over 1.5 years. I am financially able now to pay them now, however should I?

it all started as a way to build credit. however, shortomings happened, i began to fall further and further in debt, its more so the intrest rates that are eating me up! i started with one credit card, then another and another till now there are 4 cards, all of which have low balances, but paying 30+ intrest on each card is destroying me and my credit please help

Hello, My son started a computer training school. School closed after 6weeks. They said students had to attend class 1 hour away or do self study. Both were impossible. Loanis 10,000..and of course going up daily. Grandfather cosigned and we are making 200 a mo payments. Any way to get refund or are we stuck? Thanks in advance, Kris
