First of all, I have not heard a word from these clowns since March 27th. That is when I sent them "the letter" letting them know that I had paid more in fees than I should have, etc. Needless to say, I never received any calls, mail, e-mails until today. can i consolidate pay day loans

I received in the mail today a pre-approved credit card offer. When I opened it to shread it, this is what I found. It was an offer for a VISA card, but it said to be used for pay LVNV for a Southwestern Bell account(which I never had). It also said I would get 34.00 removed from the balance owed. The amount of credit would be for exactly for the amount they say I suppposedly owed. I did shread it as I stated, but what is up with this?

I live in Texas Mortgage balance:8,000.00 not in foreclosure yet. We will be 30 days behind 7-22-06 ....My husband is working full time. and as much over time as they will let him have.. I got sick and was unable to work. now I can't find a job.No one wants to hire me due to my age I am 50..we are falling behind on all our bills due to me being a diabete and haveing to buy my Diabete suppies and pay medical bills that his insurance won't pay for. the mortgage is in his name and his ex-wife.

Well, I thought that I was over and done with them but this morning proved me wrong. Two weeks ago I spoke to a gentleman (if you can actually call them gentlemen) from Interim Cash Limited. After speaking to a supervisor (I assume)they agreed to settle the account at $300. Well on July 7th, I faxed them a copy of the money order and mailed it that same day. I haven't heard from them until today. Today they claim that they don't accept money orders. Well I was told that I could send one. They also didn't have any record of this previously discussed plan.

Guys, I'm having a bad day today. Just one of those days. Nothing in particular really. I'm just depressed. I actually have been for the last several days. I'm working on my PDL's, finishing up my college this week, and I'm broke. Just makes me sad to be broke. I have a sweet little boy that makes me happy and I love my husband and stepson very much, but I'm just so sad. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, but it's a slow crawl to get there. Ok So I sent out all the certified letters to my PDL's however I got the one back that I sent to Mycashnow Saying the P.O. Box was closed and they wrote above the name WHOI What does that mean ? Now I dont know how to send them anything I have gotten no calls so far from any of them as I emailed them the letter as well, They are listed with T & C however I paid my 155 to them June 27 and still they have heard nothing from my credit card companies about this What do I do?
