Arrow has a judgement against me for $3100. I am under a very tight time frame so I guess that I missed out on requesting them to validate the claim. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with them as far as settling with them such as a 40% offer for removal. Or in my case any kind of settlement. Are they aggressive like that?

I know that the state of PA had 4 enforcements against Payday Loan Providers in 2nd quarter of 2012 but I can't seem to locate which ones they are. I logged onto their website but can't find a list. I also googled and no luck. Is there anyone that can help me please. Thanks

Well a year later they are taking me to court for $1300.00. They never tried to contact me but the court document deliverer called me and got me in one day. I just read the thread on payday loans and how to stop them so I am going to list the ones that I have loans out to in the state of California. I am really freaked out and want this to stop and would like to close my bank account and do all those things, but will I be able to open a new one? I can't go through life without a bank account. Okay, I have signed up with a debt settlement company. Tonight I got a phone call from my son asking me if I am having money problems. Then he proceeded to tell me that my oldest son received a phone call asking for my contact information. Is this legal and also how did they get my sons phone number I have never used any of my children as a reference. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening? Please help me.........
