I know that somewhere on this website I saw a debt validation letter. Can someone please send it to me. I have this loan company contacting me and telling me that I owe them $$$ when I thought I paid them off thru a collection agency. I want this letter to forward before I pay anything on this loan. Please HELP...Thanks!

Can someone find a valid address and telephone number for Interim Cash Ltd.? I have a pdl with them and want to discuss it, but the only number I have is for collections and it is going straight to India. I'm sick of being routed off to foreign call centers and dealing with very rude operators that do not even attempt to be helpful. Thanks, Tiffany

I just joined the forum this week. I got a call yesterday from a debt consolidaton firm, but I may not qualify for the program. The bulk of my debt is student loans, which are in forebearance right now, so they're not due yet. Other than that, I have a few small credit cards. I do however, have lots of medical bills that are in collections, which are killing my credit. This firm that called me yesterday requires a minimum of $5000 debt, not including the students loans, and I don't think I have that. But I still really need help managing things.

Hello, does anyone have any experience with this law firm, that specializes in debt negotiation? They don't have any complaints on bbb.org, but I can't find out much more information about them. Can anyone explain how debt negotiation works, and the pros and cons? I appreciate your help. Blessings, Melissa

I'm in the processing of signing up with T&C. I just have a few questions. I know alot of you are already signed with them. At this point it is very hard for me to trust any organization. Are they a reputible place? Also, hard quickly do they go to work for you? I will be sending them all my info tomorrow and Western Unioning their money. I have a few PDL that will be coming due next week that are listed. Should I stop payment on the checks? Also, the on-line PDL's that have been sucking me dry, should I stop the ACH?

I have just received phone calls from these people regarding a credit card debt. They claim they sent verifincation of the debt; however, I let them know I have never received anyting and would like something sent in writing to me. They said they were a 3rd party on this debt and that they don't own it. They tried to pressure me into making a payment, and I told I would like to send a letter of validation and both times I got hung up on and ended calling back to get this information. Was asked why I wanted to send a letter.

When it rains it pours, It's like the collectors have a radar and they decide to hit you all at once. I just received a call from UCB on behalf of my Sears card that was sold to Citibank. They said my time was very limited and that I needed to pay this by tomorrow or else other actions were going to be taken. They said Citibank is not going to accept any proposals from my debt management program. They said they are going to send Employment verification to my employment. That seems kind of embarrassing, I don't need my place of emplyment knowing I have financial problems.
