My husband had a wal-mart account and we got behind 2 payments and they turned it over to allied interstate and they left about 10 messages on my answering machine should I send them a validation letter?

I am terminating from my current place of employment. I currently have a $2000 balance on the corporate credit card they issued to me. I used to travel a lot for them, and that is why I was issued the card. I made some personal charges, but always paid the bill when it came in. Now that I won't be working, I won't be able to pay the $2000.00. The company doesn't know about the personal charges yet, but what action can they take when they find out? Since it is a corporate credit card, I don't think they could have me arrested or press charges, can they??

Has anyone ever had to put this company in with consolidation? They are a pain in the butt! T & C has sent them, faxed them and called them about the proposal and I am pretty sure Applied Card Bank is just ignoring everything and trying to come after me for the payments! They are working my last nerve! I don't where else to turn...if they would just sign the darn proposal, they would get their money! Please advise if anyone has had the same issues. Thank you! :oops:

Has anyone had success dealing with 500 FastCash? I continue to receive phone calls from them even though I sent them a cease and desist request and a wage assignment revocation. They call several times a day, someone named Brenda,she won't give me a last name. Any suggestions?

I just received an email from Magnum telling me that they are licensed in Delaware and the laws of Ohio do not effect them as it is the laws of the agreement that I electronically signed. I have paid the loan in full and more interest and fees than Ohio allows. They are willing to settle for $325 more. Is it in my best interest to do this? Please help

I just don't know what to do now. I have recently paid off everyone I owed on my credit. One of them was from Oxford Collections for an account with Harcourt Learning. Experian keeps telling me I owe them $42. I have contacted both Oxford and Harcourt and had them send me written cofirmation that I owe both of them absolutley nothing. I sent these letters to Experian, and they sent a letter back saying they were "unable to use them". The third investigation just finished and it still shows I owe $42, and has now updated the date. What else can I do?

By accident I bounced a check that I wrote to my apartment complex and when I called to speak with them about just giving me a little time to get the money together, they were very rude and not very understanding about the situation that I'm in. Now I need to come up with about $2000 to pay for last month's rent and any fees added on and next month's rent. I need a loan quickly for someone with less than perfect credit. Can anyone help me?!?!?
