Good evening, I have 7 loans currently out, having been caught in the cycle of ahving to get a new one to pay an old one. Only one is licensed in my state (California) CashnetUSA. I have contacted them and they put me on an extended payment plan of four payments totaling $300 which is within my state's regulations. It's the other 6 I'm worried about.

My mother took out a bunch of payday loans (i wish she had called me i would have lent her money) and i informed her that they are illegal in our state (NJ) and that she only owes the principal balance on moral grounds (i am a federal LEO). I called the loans for her and worked out arrangements but one loan was sold to a collections agency called "NCA". They agreed to settle the 300 dollar loan for 300 in 3 payments of 100 dollars each wednesday (when she is paid) but they took out 300 on TUESDAY and threw her bank account into the negative and now she is hit with 6 O/D fees.

I need help! I have taken out installment loans from 2 companies. I have paid more than the total loan amounts but they have mostly gone to interest! I am drowning in payments and have been going negative. I have a family to support and I need to get out of this! PLEASE HELP. I live in California and the 2 companies are Plain Green Loans & Cash Net USA. I need them to stop debuting from my account, or I will not be able to keep our rental home! I cannot lose the roof over my children's head.

Where do the people on this site get their experience from??? Everyone i talk to is saying the advice here is wrong and that it is incorrect because the loan is governed under the laws of their tribe or something?? What qualifications do the people on here have to make this determination??

I live in Mississippi and I have multiple online payday loans. The loan companies are eastside lenders, paydaymax, greatplains lending and western sky. I wanted to know could some of these be illegal because they are taking up my pay check. Advice please! And if they are what could I do. I was thinking about a loan consolidation.

legal fees.Her's the deal,i applied for membership in the same credit union that i was a member of when i filed chap 13 12 years ago.I had a car loan from them and they sent their attorney to the hearing.Anyway all was taken care of and paid according to the chapter 13 5 year plan and discharged in 2005.Now i want to become a member again and sent the required documents and a 25 dollar check.They sent the paperwork and check back with a note stating i had to pay 571.00 in legal fees before i could rejoin. isn't that illegal?I
