I few months ago, I was contacted by a rep from Xpress Cash demanding payment for a loan of $100 that I took out from them. I am doubtful as to the validity of his claim, but he replied to a request of personal info with the bank account number and my SSN. Should I believe him based on that info alone, or should I seek further confirmation? I believe the loan has been paid back (which put my account in the negative, but that's another story). I am trying to pay my creditors, but I have to make sure that I am paying the appropriate ones. Thank you, Chris Hazard

Ok, I just spoke with the debt consultant that was given my info from here and they will not take my payday loans into their program with my other debt. She gave me the number for Christian debt solutions Inc, but before I call I want to know if anyone has dealt with them and if they take payday loans, I also have 2 signature loans that are local in my area and the other company wouldn't take those either.

How often does credit score change and is there a way to get a notification when it changes?

Who calculates the score? Does the 3 companies give you same score or different ones?

How long will it take a transaction to reflect its effect on the score? Solomon saying thanks in advance.

Both mine and hubby's laptops were hacked into Monday night and when we booted them up last night, nothing would open and it kept revealing someone elses IP address from Nevada and files were being transferred to the others computer. We called our dsl provider to find out what to do, and they requested the IP address are doing a trace and as soon as they have a match they will contact us with further information. I think it is funny that the pdls are watching, the computers get hacked into, and the Ip address shows Nevada. I think it might just be a coincidence, but I am leary now.

Ok...So I posted in my bad news thread about my dog needing to be put to sleep and my job was ticking me off. This has to do with my job. I've taken the past couple weeks for vacation. (Much needed, at that) I still have this week on actual "vacation" but I made a decision today that's going to effect me greatly. I did not announce this but to a couple of people, but I interviewed at a different job last week. It's a totally different type of job which I know I'll do fine with.

During the last three years I have had hundreds of collection calls from four different companies scattered across the U.S. I was able to get rid of all of them with cease and desist letters, and now enters allied interstate. All calls have been for someone who has not lived at this address in several years and cannot be reached through this telephone number. That information does not slow them down a stroke. "Allied Interstate Collections call here as many as seven times a day (that's the current record).

Why was there A deposit of $100 added to my account from here?

I am currently in default with 3 payday loan companies-Interim Cash Limited, World Wide Cash Now, and AIP (American International Processing). World Wide Cash Now has threatened garnishment of my wages. Payday loans are illegal in the state in which I live (Georgia) and I have been referred to my local District Attorney's office by many websites that I've sought help from. The DA cannot help me and instead referred me to the local Legal Aid Society. According to them, I make to much money to qualify for their services (if they only knew.....). I need help and fast!
