anyone know what happens when a creditor takes you to court? they are sueing myself and my husband and my husband can't be there because of work and on the papers we received it just says to show up otherwise a judgment could be granted. also i'm not disputing i owe this money. its just i just recently got my money to t&c and they are in the process of getting it to them. and i was wondering do they automatically garnish your wages and if so do they both of our wages or just one.? any help would greatly be appreciated. The following information that I am about to tell you is my personal experience with Lawgistix and feel that I have a right to share my story. I am not telling anyone NOT to use their service nor am I saying that if you use this company that you will have the same problems. I just feel that everyone has the right to know MY experience. I can tell you that I signed up with this company lawgistix in oct of 2005 with 27 accounts filled with promises...fine. here i am, june 2006......received 3 warrants in debt and two letters of arbitration from another creditor.

Recieved my 3 in one report. I'm confused about a lot of things. Please help me. 1. what is this whole validation thing? Is the letter written to the orig creditor or the collection agency? Then if they don't validate your account it must be removed? If I know it's my collection account should I do this? Is this done to rattle the CA and hope they don't validate so it can be removed? 2.

I am so fed up with their shit. Shaniqua called my husband at work and stated to him that htey haven't received one payment and if payment in full wasn't received by 4pm this afternoon they were going to process. He told them to go ahead and process him that they have violated a cease communication letter that was sent to them and signed by hubby and his plant manager.

Can anyone help me? I'm a single mother of 3. I made the mistake of taking out a "payday loan" too many! My credit is awful-late cc payments, 1 repo; I've been denied from various banks who claim to help those with bad credit. I'm late on my car note and my check from yesterday is already gone from having the payday loans EFT'd from my bank account. I make enough money but made the mistake of using the "payday" service. I need 1 monthly payment to pay these people off.

Now that I am getting the PDL thing under control, I am turning my attention to my credit report. I was very ill in 2003/2004 . Alot of my bills went unpaid even though I sent letters explaining my sudden illness. Now, I want to make good on them if I can. I pulled my credit reports and most are write offs. I did notice about 3 collection agencies pinging my credit report though. I did a search on them. So I investigated further and noticed that a few of my charge cards where "purchased by another lender". That tells me a junk collector bought them.

I purchased a Nissan and had severe fincial problems. My car was through Household Automated and they sent my file to you, which in turn it was turned over to Daniel N. Gordon, P.C. located at 3390 West 11th Ave. Suite D - PO Box 22338 --Eugene, OR 97402. 1-866-854-2708. My case was also turned over to West Assets phpne 1-888-214-8886. They informed me that they sent a notice to you that the car was paid in full and to release the title to me.
