Hello forum, I recently got a call from USA Fast Cash saying they are bringing my case to court if I don't respond within 48 hours. They left me a phone # to call. Should I be calling these guys back? and is it known that these guys overcharge their loans as well? Any information would be great! I don't know what I should do at this point. Thanks!

I have tried and tried to get some sort of response from quikpayday after sending the letter about 15 times. Last Friday I got a reply saying that my request has been sent to upper management. Since then I have not heard anything. I've decided to go ahead with filing complaints and a lawsuit. I have talked to the Attorney General's Office and I will be calling back to file a complaint with them, who else can I complain to? Also I would like to file the law suit on my own to save on attorney's fees. I doubt they will show up any way. Does anybody have any tips?

I've gotten two messages on my answering machine from an actual person, Friday and Monday, from 800-701-5215 and then an extension. Through this forum and calling just the number, I found out they are NPA. Would be best to call them or just wait until they catch me at home? I can't imagine what it's about because all my debts are consolidated with T&C. What is the best way to handle this? I've also gotten two automated messages from Alliance One about a month apart also. I don't know whether to ignore them or call them. I really don't want to get into a fight with them.

Hi There, I was hoping someone could help me, I was just canceled on my car insurance, and in order to renew I need to pay in full! I don't have $2,000+ to get reinstated.. I need my car in order to get to work, does anyone know where I can go, or what I can do to resolve this??? I have gotten myself into quite a bind, I was just recently 30 days late on my car payment, I have had a charge off in the past few years from a credit card I had in back in college.

I am in the process of cleaning up my credit report. I have some credit card debt that the SOL is ready to expire on in the next few months. I am starting to receive letters from collection agencies on this debt. I haven't answered anyone, because I'm not sure what to do. My question is do I answer them or just wait and let the time run out? Also I live in Kentucky and the SOL for credit card debts is 5 years isn't it? Thanks in advance.

Hello again everyone..... I received a summons a while back, a few of you out there helped me get all the information that I needed on the lawyer that was handling it....I got in touch with him and we set forth a payment plan for the debt that was owed, so no further action was to be taken.
