Can anyone tell me if I get a call from a CA reguarding my pdl's and I tell them I am with T&C do I need to have them contact T&C or should I call T&C and have THEM contact the CA's? I havent gotten many calls (which is good) I am just curious as to how the process goes? I am confident that I made the right choice with T&C but I am worried that the calls I get from (CA) will harass me and make me stressed out again. I have not cried since I joined T&C which for me is good! :P I LOVE this site! Thanks for letting me express my thoughts! :wink:

I got a call while I was at lunch from a 1-913-002-1403. It is a Kansas number. When I tried to call it it says it was disconnected or no longer in service? How can this be? Any help would be appreciated.

the harassment. CashTransferCenter is harrassing me for the charges my bank returned. When I inform them that this will be turned over to a debt consolidation company, they got very rude and threatened me. Also, I informed them I only authorized the 200 dollars loan and how did they arrive at the 900 dollars? They insisted on the 900 dollars loan and would not tell me how they arrived on that amount. I asked for them to send me account/loan information in writing, they told me they can not do that. I find it very shady.

I'm currently in about $10,000 creditcard and cell phone bills and $4000 in personal loan thru different people..What should I do?? Get a one time Paydayloan to pay off the personal loan.. then put all the bills by debt consolidation?? Please give me advices, this is my first time going thru this debt problem.. help...

hello. a while back I wrote a check at CVS for $120.00. As usual stuff happened, and I closed my account and the check had been returned to them. They sent me a bill asking for payment, saying they would issue a Warrant if they don't get payment. Does this mean I could be arrested for that amount?

Hi! On Thursday, I received a phone call from a collection agency stating that I need to call them by Friday otherwise they are sending my file to a lawyer for legal action. That day I sent out a debt verfication letter by certified mail. I don't know who these people are or what debt they said I owe. How can they demand that I have to call them by one day or I will get legal action.

I emailed and faxed a letter telling these jokers not to contact me at my office. I get to work this morning and a Sue Pascal has left a message for me on a coworkers voicemail, complete with the name of her business. I am so ticked! I called her back and told her that she is in no way to contact me at my place of employment and she said that she will call me at my office everyday for as long as she wants to. If I have sent it in writing and verbally that they are not allowed to contact me at work- how can they still call? I cannot have this mess interfere with my job! Crystal
