Hey I have around 1700 in unsecured debts... credit cards and store cards... I only have one in collections... but I am staying stressed out because I can't afford the big payments they want... who should I consolidate with?

I owe about 8 or 9 thousand all together. How low can that be taken?

I have a question about Arbitration. I am in the process of bringing a payday loan co. to court for the refund of "Fees",not principal. They are not licenced in my state,and they violated the state Small Loan and usary laws. In the application that I filled out it had an Arbitration Clause enclosed. The Payday company said that I would have to abide by it,not court. I did read a couple Supreme Court rulings on this matter and in "Buckeye Cash vs Cagna" Cagna took out a loan that was not legal in his state.

I received an email from Grace Smith today stating that they would remove all information in their system regarding us do to the lengths I went to complain about them. They can't compete with someone who knows the laws and the laws of where they are located. When they emailed stating that we violated the laws of the Republic of Ireland, I hit them with our laws of the US and the laws in my state and included a copy of the complaint filed against them iwth the British Columbia, Malta and Candian Consumer Affairs. Anyone who is currently dealing with them, hit them where it hurts.

Hello again, Here is my situation i know have 6 pdls and all i end up doing is shuffling the money around to pay each pdl. I am in default with 2 pdl sonic payday and payday select i informed them all through email stating that that were charging me too high of fees/interest and attached the link proving it. My landlord is now on my tail about his money. Oh and i have already sent my information to T&C about wanting to put them pdls into consolidation. Please help.

Hello, I'm new here. I'm so happy to have found this forum. Since the PDLs are, for the most part, unregulated I assumesd I was SOL. I have so many questions.. First off, I live in Nevada and as far as I know, there are no real regulations governing the PDLs in my state. I currently have 8 PDLs *sigh* and all of them are currently due or past due 'cause I can't pay them. I recently closed my checking account, so they can't direct debit my account. I have an appointment with a friend of the family who works with a law firm and does debt consolidation.
