I received a voicemail today from a woman named Kathleen Robinson with United Cash Loans at 800-410-9275. She stated that I needed to contact her today by 5pm to avoid further processing. When I called the united cash loans phone number, they answered. Has anyone spoken with this woman and is she really calling from UCL or does she really work for a CA representing UCL? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I tired of paying my PDL. I think I've paid enough on it. Now, I'm behind on my necessary bills like electricity and rent. Whtat to do? I tried to email the person from the agency but their email doesn't work. If I stop paying, they will deposit my check. Is it illegal to put a stop payment on a check before they cash it. Wisconsin has unregulated legislature for PDL's. Please advise. Thank you :roll:

I received a bright orange color piece of paper on my door the other day telling me to go to the constable's office to pick up a summons. I have to go to the office which is next to the jail. I am either being sued by a credit card company or the bad check program which I haven't heard from (payday loan problems caused this). Does anyone know the procedure after you receive a summons?

I need the address to send a payment. I don't even know what account they are for. I am very ill and have refinance my property to pay these debts. All I have on the check is NCO Financial Systems. Can you help me with this ?
