Ok...My dentists office is stupid. They screwed up and didn't put my entire balance on my credit account, and left off like $275.00. I understand that I have to pay this, I just CAN'T do it right away. So they sent it to this Goldsman guy for collection. I just had this conversation with this snotty lady. Her: "You owe us for services on blah blah blah" ME: "Actually, I owe Dr. Moore, but Ok." Her: "If we don't receive payment immediately, we'll have to take you to court. We're not any collection agency, WE are a LAW OFFICE" ME: "Over $275?

I received a summons on March 30, 2006 from The County Court of Polk County. Palisades Collection LLC AAS ATT&T % ACEVEDO KARINA, ESQUIRE out of Plantation Florida. They are saying that I owe a 1799.89 on the summons, and they have sent me a letter in March saying that I owed 2126.78. I am at lost on what to due. I have a court date of May 12,2006. I had AT&T in the past (June 2003), but I got out of the contract early and went to cingular who has now merged with At&t.

This number calls up to 10 times a day, no message. Can anyone identify?

I am in the process of consolidating my pay day loans thru T & C. I have signed the contract and sent them the 155.00. They are starting to "notify" the PDLs. Does anyone have any experience with how long it takes for the PDLs to stop debiting my checking for the loan "renewal" fees they keep charging? Currently I am not in default or behind on making any of my payments.
