I'm going to close my checking account on Thursday after I pay the overdrawn amount. Will I have problem opening another account? Has anyone experienced this. I really need a checking account to pay my bills, and now I'm terrified that I'm ruined for the rest of my life because of these pdl's. I don't know if they report this to teletrack or cetergy?

My loans are consolidated with T&C and they have received payments back from Paycheck Today and Cash Advance Network. The current addresses they have are: Paycheck Today 608 N. Market Street Wilmington, DE 19801 Cash Advance 111024 Montgomery Blvd NE PMB 2265 Albequerque, NM 87111 Apparently neither of these are good addresses- so if anyone has anything else, it would be great. Ok.... I've been waiting on validation from Asset and CBA regarding an SBC account from 2000. Asset sent me a nice validation letter, but hadn't heard from CBA yet. So I googled them, and found their number and called. The lady who answered sounded kinda "duhhhh" and after putting me on hold she figured out how to look up my account. Apparently it was archived, so she had to get help to pull it up...This took about 10 mins. At this point, I'm a little irritated.

Does T & C handle payday loans too? If so, how can I contact them? Thanks.

I received an email from PD6 Ventures/DMS Marketing. It was stating I had stole money from them and they were coming after me. I have asked for validity of the debt, however, they refuse. I again received an email and he told me in the email that since I have refused to pay or set up payments they are going to prosecute me. What should I do?

I am just starting out paying off my payday loans and Sonicpayday is giving me the worst time. They keep calling me but they don't want to accept a partial payment. They don't want to deal with T&C and they think I am going to fall for their threats that they are going to garnish my wages. I need to hear from those of you who have dealt with these vultures and find out what you did to get them paid off and out of your life!

I have 14 "Promotional Inquiries" and 14 "account review inquiries" dating back to 4/2004. Can I get these removed? and do they hurt my credit? can I make them stop checking my credit? 7 of the "account review inquires" are from Cavalry Portfolio beginning in 4/2004 to 8/2005. This is a debt I am disputing.

Victory is bittersweet when you defeat a payday lender. I finally recieved my reply from them and they stated in the response that they have marked our account paid in full and I get a refund.

I received this email today from oneclickcash. I wasnt trying to get out of paying them there money. They were going to be in my consolidation, but they must have been doing something they shouldnt have been doing LOL After a review, we have decided to write off the balance of your account. We have placed you in a "DO NOT LOAN" status. You will be ineligible for any future loan with us or any of our affiliates. Your account balance is now zero, and your account permanently closed.
