Someone named Fred Hanna called my father-in-law for either myself or my husband, he did not ask for either of us specifically I guess. He called from 800-450-6575. When my father-in-law called and gave us the message, we called the number but they were closed. Has anyone heard of these guys, or dealt with them. I looked them up and found some info on Budhibbs.com, and it says they usually work for LVNV/Resurgent. Anyways, just curious what I am facing. Not sure why they didn't just call us.

there was a man who called my cell phone from this company. it was about a car loan from over 5 years ago. the car blew up and had to be towed. they scrapped the car and now 3 years later want me tp pay for it. when i tried to make payment arrangements of $25 a month (that being all i can afford because i am a single mom) he called me a "stupid immature bimbo bitch"!!! i was appalled...i tried to get a hold of this mans supervisor, and no one would tell me anythong. i am talking to a lawyer, and will go after you people.

Ok back in December I had a vehicle repossesed and now I owe them $6000 dollars and I just lost my job in the military and I did a voluntary repo on the vehicle I currently have. My total is close to $16,000. What should I do? I am to young to be messing up like this and now I am in a bind and have no one to turn to. I need help....

im near tears and dont know what to do! ctc refused the proposal from t&c and they called me today telling me they are going to start garnishing my wages!!! i cant afford that and pay t&c every week.....im so upset my world is falling down around me and there is nothing i can do :cry:
