Received a call on our machine from 800-430-4740 x577 about a bad check she was nasty leaving a message that he would be arrested. The only thing I can figure is it is from a payday loan the only one my husband has out there is 1 click cash I closed the account and opened a new one after he got terminally ill and I have already paid them over what I owe and they added more charges does anybody recognize this number I may have wrote the last 4 digits wrong.

I am another victim of the payday loan trap. I currently have 9 outstanding local store loans. I keep rolling them over, I keep getting more on the local loans to pay the rollover fees on my other loans. My fiance thinks that I only have one and no one knows the trouble I've gotten myself into. It keeps me up at night and makes me sick to my stomach all the time. I consider myself a very honest person and that is why I have kept paying these stupid loans over and over again faithfully. But now I've had enough! I'm sick of all my hard earned money going towards these fees.

Paydayok sent a wage assignment to my employer two weeks ago, even tho I had begun making payments. I sent them a revocation letter. I also faxed a copy to my hr lady, who luckily is well aware of the fact that they can't do a thing. So paydayok got my letter, and they turned around and sent another wage assignment to my employer. What's up with this? can they even do that? It doesn't matter, because as soon as I found out about the second one I paid them off in full. (Yippee, I have 2 payday loans gone!
