What is the difference between budgeting and creating a spending plan? What comes first?

I took out couple of loans from Inbox loans and amplify loans. After learning that they are illegal companies, I revoked their ACH authorizations. After talking with other members of this community, I asked the companies to refund me the extra (above my principal) I paid. They are unwilling to do so. Inbox in threatening to contact my work place. Amplify funding has employed a collection agency, 'Zen Resolve'. They are continuously emailing me to set up a payment plan.

By mistake, I have defaulted on an credit card account by a few days. Can I do anything that would stop the negative effect on my report? I can pay off the amount immediately

What will happen if I pay extra on some credit cards and default on one? Will my credit score remain same since I'm adding positive things as well?

I had thought of filing bankruptcy and had a talk with a lawyer. But, I'm bot sure whether or not I would opt for bankruptcy. Am I legally binded to take help if I talk to a lawyer?

Can I take out a payday loan to fund a trip? I stay in Florida.

Is it ok to leave the country with unpaid debt? Can't I pay it from abroad?

I don't know what to do, I am almost broke because of my job and buying presents. Anyone knows where can I get a 400 dollar loan (maybe even bigger?) Any recommendations are welcome.

How far it is good to let your children know about parents' debt problems? Is it better to tell them or just try to hide from them?
