How long does it take to improve a credit score after paying off a collections account?

What is the difference between budgeting and creating a spending plan? What comes first?

I took out couple of loans from Inbox loans and amplify loans. After learning that they are illegal companies, I revoked their ACH authorizations. After talking with other members of this community, I asked the companies to refund me the extra (above my principal) I paid. They are unwilling to do so. Inbox in threatening to contact my work place. Amplify funding has employed a collection agency, 'Zen Resolve'. They are continuously emailing me to set up a payment plan.

By mistake, I have defaulted on an credit card account by a few days. Can I do anything that would stop the negative effect on my report? I can pay off the amount immediately

What will happen if I pay extra on some credit cards and default on one? Will my credit score remain same since I'm adding positive things as well?

I had thought of filing bankruptcy and had a talk with a lawyer. But, I'm bot sure whether or not I would opt for bankruptcy. Am I legally binded to take help if I talk to a lawyer?

Can I take out a payday loan to fund a trip? I stay in Florida.

Is it ok to leave the country with unpaid debt? Can't I pay it from abroad?

I don't know what to do, I am almost broke because of my job and buying presents. Anyone knows where can I get a 400 dollar loan (maybe even bigger?) Any recommendations are welcome.

Due to severe financial problem I was forced to take out loans from amplify funding and inbox loans. However due to high interest rate (~800%), I am only paying interest. Inbox loans - principal $975 (Paid $1475$) Amplify funding - pricipal $1000 (Paid $1350) I came to your website and learn that most of this loans are illegal and I am only obligated to pay the principal. I live in TN. Does this also applies to me. I have revoke the ACH authorizations. The companies are threatening to contact me at my work place.
