I was wondering if anyone has had dealings with them. That scored an "F" on the BBB site. What is going on is that we are making payments to them through our credit counselors and they continue to call stating that Bank of America won't work with credit counslors and we need to contact Bank of America? I just think this is strange and they are cashing the payments and even state that they are receiving payments. Basically they want to settle the account and state we are only paying the interest. The account is closed, so there shouldn't be anymore interest charged.

I received my credit report from Equifax a few days ago and I was looking at the inquiries and it is showing we have 26 of them. They are from collection agencies and our mortgage lender is viewing our report every month. Can I dispute these inquiries where there was no permission givin to pull the reports? There are inquiries on there that I have never heard of. We shouldn't have many inquiries on the report because we haven't been applying for credit.

Did I see someone put on here that ameriloan & Rio Resources are the same payday loan co? By the way whoever found out about T&C is a miracle worker. That place is great. My stomach no longer hurts.

Has anyone heard of or had any dealings with a collection agency called First National Collection Bureau, they are in NV. They are contacting me about an old debt that I believe is out of sol. How should I deal with this?

Pay Day companies out there? I'm glad i've found this place because I too would have had a horror story about these people. Was contemplating getting a loan some time last yr, and saw their flyers in my mailbox so i was this close to calling them, but luckily I was able to catch up on my bills. BUT, now i'm needing a loan, and I wanted to know if there is at least "one" good payday company out there that i can try? Thank you.

Well I got a new credit report in the mail from equifax the other day. They finally changed my name (it was under my brothers name) and they sent the report and all this informaiton with it regarding fraud, etc. It has some new companies reporting on it that were not there before. One company Adelphia cable has reported that I owe them for two accounts. One is about $800 and the other is about $900. The dates don't seem correct either because at the time I wasn't living in Florida.
