Attorneys drafting promissory notes, contracts and other written instruments must clearly articulate the rights, obligations and liabilities of the parties involved.
Debt Consolidation19 years 9 months ago I am not looking for debt negotiation but debt negotiation in which I consolidate 3 big debts into one payment for easy management and for building my cash flow.
Effect on credit19 years 9 months ago What effect does debt consolidation have on your credit? Obviously, I don't have an ideal credit situation since I'm here asking this question, but here's my problem: I have a great deal of debt (about $32,000 between 3 credit cards and a student loan), but I'm never late on payments. It's just that I have ALL THIS DEBT, and making the minimum payments, I'll never get out. My credit rating actually isn't that bad; it's just my debt/income ratio that's bad. Is debt consolidation right for me? Will it make my credit score worse?
Oops! My greatest moment in stupidity...19 years 9 months ago Hey guys,
Just wanted to vent a little over the massive brainfart I had when I left work this afternoon. I left the office at 2:30 today after a good day's work, with my mind occupied with many things i wanted to to today, including grocery shopping, studying, and some leisure reading. As I turned my car on, I noticed that there was no one parked directly in front of me. Assuming there was no parking space barrier, I put my car in drive and advanced. Then I noticed the abnormally sized bump I just covered ,and then a scaping sound at my chassis. Oh god!
Experience dealing with Cavalry?19 years 9 months ago I have a, rather large, collection with Cavalry. It was my ex wife's car, which was reposessed in 2002. Of course, there's really not much one can do to get an ex-spouse to secure her own financing. Bottom line, the car is gone, and my CRs have a nasty ole blemish on them. It's not like I need the additional help with bad credit. :) Anyway, has anyone had any luck with these guys? You know, the normal DV, Dispute, etc. process? Anything special? What about them filing lawsuits? Are they nasty like that?

Riscuity processed ACH Debit with no notification-help19 years 9 months ago I'm hoping to get some direction in dealing with something odd that happened. I had an ACH debit/withdrawl made directly from my checking account and the only thing the bank could provide was the following: Riscuity-CkNCash;DES=8006704924;ID=14164823 EFF DATE: 051205;INDN. Problem is, I still have an ex on my account whom I cannot get ahold of. I tried to call numbers for Riscuity that I got from this site but they provided little information. I do not know what this debit was for, where it originated from, who had the information to make the debit from my account-nothing.
