Ok so long story short here. I accumulated a big bit of debt.....judgments and all. I really want to clean up my credit report in a year. Is this possible. My credit score is 418 right now. I feel so dumb saying that...but first rule of fixing prob is saying there is one. So here goes. I have 5 or 6 medicals, a few utilities, a few judgments. A car, and a few other things. Totals to 19 collections with 2 or 3 of those paid. But I have 1 in good standing. I got a credit card with a friend and thats on there. And my BF has put me onhis accounts for DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

I have 13 payday loans totaling around 3700 that will be due March 10th. I was relying on a loan of 9000 that I was supposed to get, but after doing some research and coming to this site, I realized that i was scammed by nationwide express loans out of my $281 money order that i sent out. They sent me official loan documents with the lender IPC inc. and it all looked real to me so I sent the money out, but after reading about Alliance Funding, i realized I had been scammed.

I have 3 evictions or judgements on my credit report. How can I get these removed? I was a single mom for so long and deeeeeep in debt. I am really trying to turn stuff around. I truthfully owe one. One was a long time ago and one someone lied to a judge in court. Please help me!!!!!!!!!1

Glad I found a place to help me. Sick of being turned down and turned away by one of my three credit card companies. I was thinking of getting a personal loan for college to get out of debt and invest but in case that doesn't go as planned, I don't want to bring my cosigner down with me. I really need to get these credit cards paid, especially one that is giving me a hard time with interest rates and poor customer service (always seems they're scamming me). I'm in debt with the bank because of them and they won't pay my overdraft that i have no money for (Clout Card).

Has anyone dealt with this company One Click Cash payday loan my husband took out a loan and is terminally ill and I have paid the money back in payments and this woman MRs.Ragsdale is nasty calling me telling me I owe 200.00 more which makes the loan over 200.00 of what is owed.

Hi all: I took out a loan with a walk in pay day company "Cash n Go" in Maryland. I have was a good customer until fell on hardship this last pay and had to stop payment on the check for $550.00. They called my references. Do you think they would accept payment arrangement on a cancelled check? Txs
