When my husband and I was first married we thought we had it all. A house was given to us by my husbands dad. The house was free and clear and all we had was the usual monthly bills. Then on may 28, 1994 our first daughter was born and only given 20 minute sto live and the doctors flew her to Peoria because they had an excellent neonatal unit there.

So it's been a while for me, I though everything was fine and dandy and that these people wouldn't be bothering me anymore. But low and behold, I received a phone call from a Mr. Frank Miller again, telling me that my file was being downloaded and that they would be here in 15 minutes to get me! I know they aren't a legit company, but it still scares :? a person to hear this.

I know that I scared everyone with my original post but I didn't know where else to turn. I really needed to vent. I just feel so overwhelmed with my debt. I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel yet. And it doesn't help when you are being harrassed by a CA on a daily basis. I feel helpless and powerless against this CA because the debt that they are trying to collect from me is actually a loan my dad took out for me in 2004 from Patelco CU.

I received a call from this number 813-769-1215 on my caller ID yesterday and tried to call the number back. When I call that number it will only ring 2 times and stop and does not give you the opportunity to leave a msg or anything nor it does not identify as being a company. I tried to do an online reverse search on this number and have had no success. Any information that can be provided with this number is greatly appreciated. :?:

Its been a tough month. Last month I had written about my troubles with SonicPayday in the other thread. Well, I did pay them. Sent in a Western Union and they closed the case. In so doing it has been a very hard month and I have been very tempted lately to get a payday loan to see me through. Tempted but still holding strong. All I have to do is make it to March 15 when I will get a garn-free check ( from a seperate case ) plus an extra year end bonus. So on March 15 I will get more than enough to get everything caught up and start living life again. Everything is down to the wire.

Within the last week, I recieved calls from the following numbers: 262-633-6970 Caller ID shows as Unavailable 425-256-3786 Caller ID shows Allied Interste I've done a little forum searching, but not finding the information needed. Can someone please provide a name/address for both numbers?? Once I have that information, letters WILL be sent CM-RRR along with the No calls accepted terms. Just recieved latest green card from letter sent. Now, I'm planning on contacting the CRA's, disputing this particular account information.
