I need some help with the RMP or Miracle Management co?

I recently lost my job last week. I was employed there for just over a year as an insurance evaluator. The company I worked for had me doing work for another insurance company who was not happy with the way things were going, and the managers got into disagreements. This ultimately ended up getting the contracts pulled. Those accounts were my work, so when they got pulled...I ended up losing my job. Not only that, but my lease was about to end. I was rushing around town trying to find a place before our time expired. Stress...it was beginning to get the best of me.

could debt consolidation help my 83 year old mom with 21,000 in total debt? The largest at 16000 went to collection

I am in the process of enrolling with T&C to consolidate my Payday loans, however I do have some local that I want to include. Will they work with them? Most of these companies have a personal check of mine that they could just take to the bank and get a cahiers check at any time. How do I handle a situation like that? Also one of the companies reported me to Teletrack - will consolidating get that deleted?
