Hi All, debt consolidation Care is on the way to publish the second edition of the e-book "My Story - From desperation to a smile". This book is covering stories of our forum members who might have started with huge debts but ultimately got control over the circumstances.

I had made payment arrangements with a CA in Dec. They accepted my $50 payment, with the promise of $100 each month until the middle of Feb. when I anticipated paying the debt in full. I figured ok, I have a payment plan they are going to leave me alone. On friday the day the next payment was to come out of my bank account, the CA called my work.. I called the CA, told them "don't call my work" asked the lady was everything still ok with the payment plan, she said yes.. This morning I came home from dropping my kid off at school and had a call from the CA.

Does anyone know who the # (702)835-8602? It's listed in Las Vegas ,Nv.

I had a defauly judgement entered agianst me in the state of VA, I was living in arizona at the time and never served. This was news to me till I went to renew my drivers license. The judgement was entered in 1994, would SOl apply?

People from collection agency used to come to this forum and post their comments just few days back. They preferred names like ‘ex employee of abc collection' or ‘ex collector' and so on. Now it clearly shows that the person is/was somehow related with the company. So they have introduced a new skill.
