I've recieved messages from two of my friends that Certfied Recovery Systems has been contacting them about me. They claim that CRS said I gave their numbers as alternate contact numbers. This is NOT true. I gave the numbers as personal references on a samll loan, not as alternate contact numbers. As a result of these calls, there is some tension between my friends and I, and I am angry that this company is claiming I gave these numbers as alternate contact numbers. I've contacted CRS and told them not to contact my friends and family any more, but they are obviously refusing to listen.

Has anybody ever heard of Global Investment Group? They are a loan company out of Oregon. They called me about a loan app that I filled out but I haven't actually talked to anybody yet. I just want to make sure they are not another Primetime Lending.

I received a call today from what I was told was a law firm but when I look it up on BBB it says it is a collection service. They told me that regardless of filing bankruptcy that they are going to file a lawsuit against me for breach of contract and that they would garnish my wages. Can this be done? This is for a payday loan. Thanks!

Hi, I find myself in debt because of payday loans. I now have four. I thought I could get one to pay the other off and so on and so on. Now I find myself paying the interest each payday because I can't afford to pay them back. I do have poor credit and my score is 556. If I could get a loan to consolidate the four payday loans, then I only have to deal with paying one payment a month. What should I do?

Anybody heard of this company? Are they a CA? If so, what is there phone number?

I received emails from united cash loans, and ameriloan. The emails send you to a website where you have 3 tries. you can tell them how much you can pay to settle your account, and how many payments. the payments are in months (1 payment per month). does anyone have any experience in how low of an offer they will take?
